Using Kinward

These service terms describe the current, informational role of Kinward and the limits of its customer-led Digital Estate Action Center.

An informational service, not legal advice

Kinward provides prompts, selected provider/action guidance, case organization, and informational request drafts. Kinward is not your attorney and does not provide legal advice, determine who has legal authority, or decide what a provider should do.

Your information and account

You choose what to enter and are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you add, your use of your account, and protecting your sign-in credentials. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary government-ID numbers. Use Kinward only for lawful purposes and do not use it to access, control, or interfere with an account without the authority required by law and the provider.

Customer-led account work

You identify and organize account clues using Kinward’s prompts and tools. Kinward does not scan statements, email, devices, or accounts to discover accounts automatically. It does not automatically contact providers or submit DIY requests, and it has no automatic authority to act for a deceased person.

Drafts, guidance, and provider decisions

Request drafts are editable informational starting points. They are not legal documents, do not establish legal authority, are not guaranteed provider forms, and are not submitted by Kinward. Curated guidance covers selected actions for Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Microsoft, not every action for every provider. Other providers or actions receive general guidance for finding and following the provider’s official process.

Providers are independent of Kinward and determine their own processes, requirements, and eligibility. Kinward does not guarantee account access, deletion, memorialization, transfer, recovery, or cancellation, and does not make provider decisions. You are responsible for reviewing a provider’s current process and deciding what to submit.

Acceptable use and service materials

Use Kinward through your account for lawful digital-estate organization. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access checks, misuse another person’s information, or use Kinward to impersonate someone or make a provider decision on its behalf. Kinward’s software, name, and service materials remain with Kinward or their respective owners; using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Service and third-party availability

Kinward’s features and third-party links may change or be unavailable. Kinward does not control a provider’s website, forms, policies, eligibility rules, response, or decision. Provider processes can change, so check the provider’s current official instructions.

Purchase and refund information

The public offer describes the Digital Estate Action Center at $49 as a one-time purchase. Customers may request a full refund for the $49 Digital Estate Action Center within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting Kinward at kinward-i7v1h9@polsia.app. The 14-day period begins at the payment timestamp. A request is timely if Kinward receives it by the end of the 14th calendar day. A timely qualifying request ordinarily receives a full refund of the $49 purchase. Customers do not need to prove that they never accessed or used the Digital Estate Action Center. Kinward may deny a refund for fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated or duplicate refund requests for the same purchase. This policy does not apply to the $350 guided service; its terms will be decided separately before online payment.
