A customer-led place to organize the work

Use Kinward’s prompts and organizing tools to identify a loved one’s digital accounts yourself, consider possible actions, and keep a case record. Kinward does not scan bank statements, email, devices, or accounts, and it does not discover accounts automatically.

Guidance for selected actions

Curated guidance covers selected actions involving Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Microsoft. It does not cover every action for every provider. For unsupported providers or actions, Kinward offers general guidance for finding and following the provider’s official process. Providers decide their own requirements and eligibility.

Drafts and a case record

Prepare editable informational request drafts, keep notes and status records, track progress and next steps, and set follow-up dates. Finish with a Digital Estate Status Report that you can download as a PDF or print.

Drafts are not legal documents, do not establish legal authority, are not guaranteed provider forms, and are not automatically submitted by Kinward.

A compassionate, customer-led process

Kinward helps you organize the process, understand possible next steps, track your work, prepare informational drafts, and keep a case record. Kinward is not your attorney and does not determine legal authority or provider decisions. It does not guarantee account access, deletion, memorialization, transfer, recovery, or cancellation, and it does not automatically contact providers or submit DIY requests. Each provider sets its own process, requirements, and eligibility.

Purchase and account access

When online checkout is available, the intended path is purchase → use or create a Kinward account with the same email used at checkout → verify that email → open the Digital Estate Action Center → begin a case. Current access checks require a verified Kinward account whose email matches the recorded purchase. Checkout is currently unavailable while this payment-to-account handoff awaits a controlled launch test.

Refund requests for the $49 Digital Estate Action Center follow the refund policy in our Terms. The $350 guided service has separate terms that will be decided before online payment.
